CONFLICT MANAGEMENT


            Conflict is a situation when the interests, needs, goals or values of involved parties interfere with one another.
            Is a situation that happens when the two or more parts have incompatibility of needs, interests and basically each part would like to realize the uncompromised   (no agreement)
            Is a disagreement through which the parts involved perceive a threat to their needs, interests or concerns.
             Conflict management is the broadest of all the concepts involved in conflict and conflict resolution because it entails conflict resolution and conflict management.

Conflict management techniques.
  1. Forcing or competing
  2. Win –win or collaborating
  3. Compromising
  4. Withdrawing
  5. Smoothing
